The Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department combines all aspects of electricity, electronics, hardware and software into one multi-disciplinary unit, offering degree programs in electrical engineering and computer science with minors in computer science, biomedical engineering and software engineering.Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative and program support services, program development for meeting strategic goals, including marketing research data collection, basic data analytics and reporting, fielding phone calls from various constituents (both internal and external), event planning, distribution of correspondence, academic course/room scheduling, working with campus vouchers (purchasing and processing), invoices, policies and procedures in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of:
  • General office equipment;
  • Customer services practices; and
  • Computer software systems (MS Office).
Skill & Ability to:
  • Organize work to meet deadlines;
  • Adapt schedule based on project needs;
  • Work independently and as a team member; and
  • Communicate and work effectively with co-workers.
