Summary of Job:

The Senior Site Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of trade personnel who are dedicated to performing on-demand and preventative maintenance work at a FM2 client site(s).

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred

  • Five (5) or more years' experience on a maintenance team in a commercial environment is required

  • Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
