**What We Need**
Were looking for someone with a strong software development background with extensive Java experience on large scale, real-time systems, a focus on writing high quality, well tested code, and who also enjoys deeply exploring complex datasets. Advertising technology experience and Real Time Bidding experience is a big plus.
**Responsibilities**
* Enhancing the functionality of Yieldmos custom Adserver
* Targeted exploration of Yieldmos large complex datasets looking for problematic patterns and opportunities to optimize
* Work closely with the Product team to understand product requirements
* Oversee end to end integrations with the rapidly increasing list of Programmatic Trading Platforms
* Write solid code with the focus on high performance for services supporting high throughput & low latency (< 10ms response time)
* Help create large-scale distributed systems which process billions of transactions per day with strict SLAs
**Requirements**
* At least 6+ years experience in software development
* BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Expert level Java skills
* Experience with building high performance, large-scale distributed applications
* Strong experience with analyzing complex data sets using SQL
* Preferred experience with Real Time Bidding for advertising systems
* Strong creative and strategic thinking skills
**Nice to Haves**
* Experience working with the AWS ecosystem
* Exposure to Python, Node, Vert.x, Golang
* Experience with pub/sub, queuing, key/value technologies
* Experience with video advertising standards such as VAST, VPAID, MRAID
* Experience with connected TV advertising platforms or measurement data
