You'll ensure the reliability and quality of software functionalities.Responsibilities:Lead embedded software development effort for automotive ECU'sLead embedded software infrastructure designAdapt software to changing technology and suppliersLead and implement in-vehicle ECU security includes encryption and authentication such as AES, DSA, ECDSA, etc. Write requirements that are clearly defined software featuresCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop the most efficiency application software for an EVEnsure the most reliable HAL layer drivers, bootloader and diagnosticsDefine the most rigid Unit test and HIL test system, test caseJob Requirements - Essential Skills:Bachelor of Electrical Engineering/Computer ScienceMinimum 5 years of experience in your fieldProven knowledge, expertise, and passion for Electric VehiclesTop-notch hardware and software understandingStrong knowledge of programming languages, such as C/C++, Python, AssemblyStrong understanding of microprocessor architecture, especially ARM CortexFamiliarity with Linux development software and experience with device driversExperience in software development especially in the automotive, trucking, autonomous, aerospace or space industryDesired Skills:A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal visionExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to lead by setting exampleA penchant for multi-tasking and self-startingA genuine fascination for the automotive field and a commitment to global changeA true sense of determination... and hopefully a sense of humorQualifications:BS or MS in Software engineering or equivalent8+ years of experience in embedded systems10+ years of experience in the automotive, trucking, autonomous, aerospace or space industry industryApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
