Datadog's Code Analysis is building the next generation of developer tools for our customers to deliver Datadog visibility and monitoring to their code base. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.What You'll Do: Collaborate closely with our PM and Product Designer to iterate quickly on features and capabilitiesDevelop new infrastructure, services and workflows to support our growing product in a sustainable wayLead technical effort to develop the architecture, patterns, and individual solutions to investigate and remediate problemsOwn and drive relationships with major stakeholders, helping to prioritize on impact towards the team's north starRepresent and evangelize the project across DatadogParticipate in a team on-call rotation to troubleshoot and solve issues with our toolsWho You Are: Experience building out robust customer-facing products made up of services, data stores and data streams prioritizing customer impact and sustainabilityProven ability to work closely with product and internal teams to architect solutions at high scaleYou have significant experience in one or more backend languages, such as Go, Python or Java; and with different types of data stores, such as PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis or ElasticSearchYou understand the common industry patterns for ensuring high availability and performance in distributed systemsPassionate to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment providing leadership and direction for a highly technical teamYou have experience with or interest with static analysis tools or an interest in this area Bonus points:You've worked at high scale with systems like Redis, Cassandra, KafkaYou wrote your own data pipelines once or twice beforeYou have significant experience with Go, Java, or PythonDatadog values people from all walks of life.
