In this role you work will primarily focus around writing low-latency software that optimizes cryptocurrency trade execution and power the core of billions of dollars in trading volume on the Solana network. - 5 years of software engineering experience
- HFT software engineering experience is a bonus
- Computer science fundamentals, including familiarity with core algorithms in the graph theory, parallel programming, distributed systems subfields
- Strong systems engineering experience in C++, C, or Rust
- Strong software architecture and design skills, including the ability to weigh tradeoffs between various approaches
- Strong understanding of networks, communication protocols, and distributed systems
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to participate productively in technical discussions
- Experience with distributed systems, operating systems
- Understand compiler design, and features of modern compilers (e.g. Hindley-Milner type systems)
- Interest in DeFi and open source contributions
