Our client is hiring a fullstack engineer that will play a central role in defining the processes and technologies we'll use to build applications and services for the next generation of contractors. As an early member of the team, you will also help shape the culture and working norms. This is a perfect role for engineers with a founder's mindset.

Responsibilities

• Scope and lead new mission-critical features end-to-end
• Design and implement new processes and systems enhancing our entire engineering organization's productivity
• Be involved and provide input in product and strategic decision-making

Tech stack

React, React Native, Node/Express, MongoDB, Render, Check, Stripe (Issuing, Treasury)

Candidate requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, ideally in a fast-growing technical SaaS company
• Experience in fast-paced startup environment; thrives in ambiguity and enjoys making decisions independently
• Experience implementing user feedback, strong product/user orientation
• Take a modular approach to building infrastructure and services
• Experience designing frontend UIs and backend APIs
• Experience leading development of large and complex technical products

The salary range is $170,000 - $300,000
