Qualifications you'll bring:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • 5+ years' experience with ETL (e.g., Informatica, SSIS)
  • 5+ years' experience with SQL Server
  • Experience with application and workflow orchestration (e.g., Control-M, ActiveBatch)
  • Experience with code version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN, TFVC) and branching strategies
  • Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
  • Humility to play as a team
  • Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction
Your key responsibilities:
  • Resolving production support issues across many of MVP Health Care's digital platforms
  • Participating in Scrum/Agile activities including daily stand-up meetings, grooming sessions, sprint reviews and retrospectives
  • Perform code reviews to ensure standards and best practices are followed
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members
  • Demonstrate leadership and accountability for achieving team delivery goals
  • Recommend and drive team process improvements
  • Leading and coaching team members through technical implementations
  • Demonstrating coding best practices
