Qualifications you'll bring:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 5+ years' experience with ETL (e.g., Informatica, SSIS)
- 5+ years' experience with SQL Server
- Experience with application and workflow orchestration (e.g., Control-M, ActiveBatch)
- Experience with code version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN, TFVC) and branching strategies
- Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
- Humility to play as a team

Your key responsibilities:
- Resolving production support issues across many of MVP Health Care's digital platforms
- Participating in Scrum/Agile activities including daily stand-up meetings, grooming sessions, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Perform code reviews to ensure standards and best practices are followed
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members
- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for achieving team delivery goals
- Recommend and drive team process improvements
- Leading and coaching team members through technical implementations
- Demonstrating coding best practices
- Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
