Job Title: Senior Front End Developer - Warner Bros Discovery Company Overview: Warner Bros Discovery is a global leader in entertainment, bringing together beloved brands like Warner Bros, HBO, DC Comics, and Discovery Channel under one roof. As we continue to innovate and redefine the future of entertainment, we are seeking a talented Senior Front End Developer to join our Labs Team. Position Overview: As a Senior Front End Developer at Warner Bros Discovery, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience on our Labs platform that supports feature flags and experimentation. The ideal candidate is passionate about cutting-edge web technologies, possesses strong expertise in React, and has experience working with UI libraries. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain interactive web applications using React.js, JSX, Material UI, and TypeScript. Collaborate closely cross functionally with product managers, back-end developers and our users to create internal tooling user interfaces. Write Design Documents to communicate approach and tradeoffs across the organization. Implement reusable components and libraries to streamline development. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in front end development, and advocate for their adoption within the team. As appropriate write component and unit tests or create Cucumber features with Storybook and Cypress. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA or end users and propose effective solutions in a timely manner. How We Get Things Done... This last bit is probably the most important! Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $119,700.00 - $222,300.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
