As a Solutions Architect, AI/ML, you will be a key member of our pre-sales technical team and play a pivotal role in designing and delivering tailored AI/ML solutions to meet client needs. You will collaborate closely with clients during the pre-sales phase to understand their requirements, assess technical feasibility, and propose innovative solutions that leverage AI/ML technologies. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the professional services team to oversee the implementation and deployment of these solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices. Throughout the process, you will provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to both internal teams and clients, driving successful outcomes and fostering long-term relationships. This role is an immediate full-time position.Insight on your impact Aa a Solutions Architect with a focus on AI/ML within the pre-sales and professional services team you will have various responsibilities on a day-to-day basis, including:
- Engaging with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives related to AI/ML
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored AI/ML solutions that address client requirements and align with their business goals
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of proposed AI/ML solutions to potential clients
- Conducting technical assessments to evaluate the feasibility and compatibility of AI/ML solutions with client systems, infrastructure, and data
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals, including solution architectures, project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates
- Leading or supporting the development and execution of PoCs to validate the effectiveness and feasibility of proposed AI/ML solutions
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of AI/ML solutions
- Staying updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in AI/ML to provide informed recommendations and guidance to clients and internal teams
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and technical point of contact throughout the pre-sales and implementation phases
- Documenting solution architectures, technical specifications, and project requirements to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team and with clients
Your qualifications, your influence To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills
- Several years of experience working in roles related to AI/ML, such as data scientist, machine learning engineer, or solutions architect.
- Experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or professional services is required
- Proficiency in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and natural language processing (NLP)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and their AI/ML offerings. This role is 100% focused on GCP, and experience there is required
- Experience with data manipulation, feature engineering, and model deployment in production environments
- Knowledge of programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development, such as Python, R, or Java
- Understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and agile frameworks
- Understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements related to AI/ML implementations in various sectors, such as healthcare, finance, e-commerce, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs, design innovative solutions, and address technical challenges
- Proven experience engaging with clients, understanding their business objectives, and delivering solutions that meet their requirements and expectations
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction
- Commitment to staying updated on emerging trends, advancements, and best practices in AI/ML through self-study, training programs, and professional development opportunities

- Relevant certifications in AI/ML, cloud computing, or related technologies may be beneficial, such as Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for managing the lifecycle of AI/ML models, including version control, model monitoring, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Direct experience running customer-facing products or services in a production environment
- Real experience of when your actions negatively impacted a production system
