NSF is looking for a Senior Specialist Global Communications to join our Communications team. In this position, you will be instrumental in telling NSF's story, amplifying NSF's achievements across all channels. You will work closely with the Director of Global Communications and various business leaders to develop and ensure alignment of efforts to support NSF's growth. You will serve as a strategic business partner to leaders, partner teams, and functions across our organization, building trusted relationships. #LI-EA1 Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that support the company's vision, mission, and objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align internal communications with business priorities and initiatives
  • Ensure messaging consistency and tone alignment with the company's brand and values
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive internal and external communication projects and campaigns to communicate with stakeholders effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across various communication channels
  • Lead and/or support events, including town halls, ad hoc presentations, and leadership meetings
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration
  • Continuously analyze and report on communication effectiveness, driving constant improvement and innovation
  • Serve as a liaison between different teams to facilitate information flow and address communication gaps
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in internal communications
  • Strong communicator with proven capability of interacting with senior leadership with a high degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Superior writing and communications skills, preferably in the TIC industry or similar
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with a capability for influencing and engaging stakeholders
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Business acumen with the ability to understand business challenges and formulate communication strategies that support audience needs and business goals
  • Ability to craft messages and campaigns that quickly inform, motivate behavioral changes, influence, and mobilize team members
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and respond quickly to organizational needs, demonstrating resiliency in various situations, and adapting quickly to changing needs of the business
  • Understanding and experience in AP style
  • Ability to be on-site hybrid, at least three days a week
  • Willingness to travel, if required
