ERM is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our North America Recruiting team. In this hands-on role, you will play an integral part in identifying and hiring exceptional talent for our dynamic and growth-focused environmental consulting organization across Canada. This role is remote/hybrid based in the Great Lakes and Northeast region.If you're ready to make a significant impact and grow your career with a mission-driven company, we encourage you to apply!What You'll Do:* Drive full lifecycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.* Act as the strategic support and subject matter expert for your client groups, providing coaching and thought leadership as it relates to upholding recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and candidate experiences.* Foster effective communication approaches with a customer-centric mindset, including proactively providing timely updates and feedback to ensure a positive internal stakeholder and candidate experience.* Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business unit needs.* Enhance our employer brand by creating compelling job postings and leveraging various channels to attract and recruit a pool of top qualified and diverse candidates.* Engage with industry professionals through networking events and stay current on industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.* Bring a passion for connecting with people and building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.Sourcing Expertise:* Actively target, attract, and engage candidates for consulting roles in key service areas and client markets.* Utilize creative sourcing channels, including social media, advanced internet research, and networking, to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.* Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ensure optimal candidate selection.What You Bring:* 5+ years of proven full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume and niche roles.* Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, including advanced internet research, social media, AI tools, and networking.* Experience recruiting for technical or consulting roles, with a solid understanding of environmental, engineering, or related industries.* Excellent relationship-building skills, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders.* Ability to analyze recruitment data to refine strategies and communicate insights effectively. • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and experience tracking and reporting KPIs and metrics.* Proven ability to produce accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field preferred.Why Join ERM?
