Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Developing written plans and permit applications associated with state and federal programs for industrial stormwater discharges and oil pollution prevention (e.g., Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans; Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans).
  • Providing multi-media (e.g., stormwater, wastewater, air, hazardous waste) environmental compliance services, such as compliance assessments and audits.
  • Supporting projects involving due diligence including ASTM-compliant Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.
  • Contributing/preparing to the preparation of technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals.
  • Supporting stormwater management, site characterization, and remediation projects.
  • Developing task, project, and client management skills.
Education and Licensure
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental or civil engineering, environmental science, or related discipline. (required)
  • Advanced degree (M.S.) in environmental or civil engineering or environmental science. (preferred)
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education & experience. (required)
  • Fluency in communications in Korean. (required)
  • Experience conducting environmental compliance site assessments. (preferred)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to environmental compliance, assessments. (preferred)
  • Strong oral and technical writing. (required)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products. (required)
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and traveling to client facilities as needed. (required)
