We're looking for a highly-motivated senior/staff full stack software engineer that wants to be part of our growing company. You will be a critical member of our engineering team, working directly with the CTO on core functionality and collaborating with our customer success team to enhance the user experience. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to work hard, be an integral member of the team and likes building things from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Build new user-facing features from REST API definition to UI components.
- Scale and improve performance of our real time consolidation reporting engine.
- Troubleshoot and optimize PostgreSQL queries to keep things running smoothly.
- Write and Debug clean, performant Node.js code in TypeScript that's easy to maintain.
- Maintain high-quality code with a mix of AI-powered and manual pull request reviews.
- Help improve our process so we can ship daily
- Keep our dependencies up to date for security and stability.
- Build tools to automate the boring stuff and make everyone's life easier.
- Work closely with customers to address issues and deliver fixes as fast as possible, sometimes in real time.

Who You Are
- Experience: 5+ years in full-stack development, focusing on TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- SQL Proficiency: Prefers writing raw SQL over relying on ORMs.
- AI-Driven Approach: Skilled at leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity while understanding their limitations and ensuring careful validation of AI-generated code.
- Quality-Driven: Prioritizes writing automated test cases and avoids pushing untested code for review.
- Fast-Paced: Thrives in an environment where shipping new code daily is the norm.
- Problem-Solver: Takes ownership of complex challenges, breaking them down into scalable, effective solutions.
- Collaborative: Communicates effectively and enjoys working closely with a small, tight-knit team.
