Overview As a Senior Strategist at Redscout, you lead small projects from start to finish, setting the vision for meetings, milestones, and deliverables and developing meaningful relationships with clients. You'll collaborate with Directors and discipline leads to drive successful outcomes on larger, more complex engagements. Responsibilities • Guiding junior members within your discipline on a project team. • Creating inspiring and culturally-driven content for pitches, including original project approaches and methodology. • Owning the vision and execution of the deliverables on your projects, working in partnership with team members to craft sharp, high-quality artifacts that provide clarity and impact. • Designing workshops and meetings to achieve understanding and alignment. • Building close, productive relationships with senior clients. • Ensuring the brand ideas, strategies, and product and service solutions you deliver are relevant to consumers and satisfy business objectives. • Maintaining successful collaborative relationships with your strategy, client services and design teammates. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in a strategy-oriented role at a brand consultancy, advertising agency, research/insights company, or another related company
- Confident serving as the primary escalation point for both the work and for client relationships, especially with C-suite of major organizations.
- Facilitation and consensus-building, ability to guide large groups through ambiguous conversations.
- Excellent at maintaining composure and lead a large account under challenging situations; flexible to the constraints and considerations of timelines, internal dynamics and client pressure.Mastery over a breadth of strategic frameworks, qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
- Culturally-savvy and curious; eager to experiment with new methodologies, inputs and tools.
- An expert in your skill set, creating tools and frameworks in order to coach others to do the same.
- Proven understanding of business operations.
- Team player and willing to collaborate across disciplines (strategy, design, growth, operations).
- Open to receiving and giving feedback
