Senior Strategy & Market Intelligence DirectorReporting to the VP of Strategy & Corporate Development, the Strategy & Market Intelligence Director will be responsible for building the company's market & competitive intelligence program to support RxBenefits' growth.Essential Job Responsibilities Include:
- Build an enterprise market & competitive intelligence program and serve as internal subject matter expert
- Build enterprise market & competitive intelligence program by developing a framework to monitor macroeconomic, industry, and clinical trends, as well as competitors, that may impact RxBenefits
- Identify and implement data sources to provide a full view of the market & competitive landscape to predict trends in market dynamics, competition, and customers
- Create & maintain dashboards to assess key macroeconomic indicators, and track & assess key industry trends & strategic assumptions
- Create & maintain profiles of top competitors and track emerging competition
- Create a market & competitive center of expertise across the organization to align PBM messaging for the organization
- Benchmark RxBenefits growth to industry & competitors
- Create and disseminate daily newsletter of key events
- Develop governance structure & framework to disseminate findings to key stakeholders
- Deliver actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making
- Through own research and collaboration across the enterprise, connect disparate qualitative & quantitative data and synthesize research into a compelling and persuasive story that delivers actionable insights
- Identify key research topics & lead custom in-house research
- Support strategic planning by identifying and assessing opportunities & threats in the market
- Support key internal stakeholders in developing positioning & messaging to help RxBenefits win & retain business
- Lead RxBenefits' internal & external response to key market events
- Create framework for RxBenefits to identify and rapidly respond to key market events
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure both internal & external stakeholders are appropriately informed

Required Skills / Experience Include:
- Master's degree in business or equivalent preferred
- 10+ years' experience insights or strategy is required
- 5 years' experience in pharmacy benefits management industry required
- Demonstrated ability to create trusted relationships and build partnerships
- Highly collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across all departments to build successful relationships with various stakeholders
- Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to present complex information, utilizing storytelling techniques to communicate a clear, compelling, and cohesive story and customize to audience
- Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps, and integrate across disparate data sources
- Highly motivated, self-starter
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail
