Senior Strategy & Market Intelligence DirectorReporting to the VP of Strategy & Corporate Development, the Strategy & Market Intelligence Director will be responsible for building the company's market & competitive intelligence program to support RxBenefits' growth.Essential Job Responsibilities Include:Build an enterprise market & competitive intelligence program and serve as internal subject matter expertBuild enterprise market & competitive intelligence program by developing a framework to monitor macroeconomic, industry, and clinical trends, as well as competitors, that may impact RxBenefitsIdentify and implement data sources to provide a full view of the market & competitive landscape to predict trends in market dynamics, competition, and customersCreate & maintain dashboards to assess key macroeconomic indicators, and track & assess key industry trends & strategic assumptionsCreate & maintain profiles of top competitors and track emerging competitionCreate a market & competitive center of expertise across the organization to align PBM messaging for the organizationBenchmark RxBenefits growth to industry & competitorsCreate and disseminate daily newsletter of key eventsDevelop governance structure & framework to disseminate findings to key stakeholdersDeliver actionable insights to guide strategic decision-makingThrough own research and collaboration across the enterprise, connect disparate qualitative & quantitative data and synthesize research into a compelling and persuasive story that delivers actionable insightsIdentify key research topics & lead custom in-house researchSupport strategic planning by identifying and assessing opportunities & threats in the marketSupport key internal stakeholders in developing positioning & messaging to help RxBenefits win & retain businessLead RxBenefits' internal & external response to key market eventsCreate framework for RxBenefits to identify and rapidly respond to key market eventsCollaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure both internal & external stakeholders are appropriately informedRole model & champion RxBenefits ValuesMaintain high levels of communication and coordination, sustaining a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer-orientationRequired Skills / Experience Include:Master's degree in business or equivalent preferred10+ years' experience insights or strategy is required5 years' experience in pharmacy benefits management industry requiredDemonstrated ability to create trusted relationships and build partnershipsHighly collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across all departments to build successful relationships with various stakeholdersExcellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills.Ability to present complex information, utilizing storytelling techniques to communicate a clear, compelling, and cohesive story and customize to audienceAbility to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps, and integrate across disparate data sourcesHighly motivated, self-starterAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
