My client are on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Superintendent to lead their healthcare construction projects. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of healthcare environments, ensuring that every project is delivered with precision, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor site staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and manage costs.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain strong client relationships.
  • Travel: Ability to travel within the Austin area and occasionally to other locations as needed.
