This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for construction and hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all field operations, managing project schedules, and ensuring that quality standards are met. If you are a seasoned professional with a strong background in hotel construction, field operations, Procore, and ground up construction, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
- Manage field operations to ensure that all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Use Procore project management software to track project progress, manage change orders, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making on design and construction issues.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry, specifically in hotel and condominium construction.
- Proficient in using Procore project management software.
- Extensive experience in all phases of construction, from ground up to completion.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Willingness to travel and work at different project sites.
