Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical

My client, a leading Top 20 ENR listed General Contractor are in search for a Senior Project Manager, who has experience of building ground up Mission Critical facilities over $100m plus. You will be working with a global tech client and ensuring that all the customer demands are met through this challenging projects. The campus is at the beginning of the build and will hold enough work for at least 7 years.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Due to the urgency of the requirement my client will consider travellers, who will work on a rotational / per diem / basis.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of project
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in a construction related field
• 10+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
• Strong tenure illustrated in your career
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team
