About the Role
As a Customer Experience Sr. Supervisor, you will resolve and answer client escalated issues as well as oversee the Tag Room and Conduent managed WICs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in internal communications on standard processes and reporting
- Develop working relationships with client, third party vendors and /or service providers and other internal parties to ensure seamless delivery on specific tasks, special projects and/or client issues
- Understand and mitigate risk; escalate high risk, complex or problematic issues to Management
- Solve complex problems
- Establish, implement and track performance and service standards
- Monitor SLAs daily to ensure conformance
- Forecast inventory
- Provide leadership, guidance and motivation to promote maximum performance
- Review and compile reporting for projects as needed
- Deliver daily and weekly reporting as needed
- Increase program efficiencies
- Update program SOPs
Requirements
- Excellent communicator
- 3+ years of client communication experience including leadership experience
- Have managed 40+ staff
- Able to demonstrate advanced MS Excel skills and intermediate MS Office skills and Vector
- Able to demonstrate reporting and basic analytical skills
- Schedule flexibility is required
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Work independently
- Be knowledgeable of the CCSS business rules

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $51,205 - $66,500 based on experience.
