Job Description:

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will also serve as the primary support for troubleshooting and resolving issues with reports used throughout the global organization. Additionally, they will manage project priorities and stakeholder expectations for the development of new reports and the continuous improvement of existing ones.

Deliver high-level operational support to the Operations Team by providing comprehensive metrics and Supply Chain data. Proactively conduct strategic analyses using diverse data sources to facilitate informed business decisions that enhance Supply Chain and Operations.

Utilize reporting, modeling, and analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel to perform trend analysis, statistical modeling, and benchmarking. Engage actively with Supply Chain and Operations teams to present findings, identify additional reporting requirements, and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

* Design, validate, and maintain a top-down reporting model, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to support automated and standardized reporting.

* Develop intricate reports using Microsoft PowerBI to deliver actionable business insights.

* Utilize Microsoft Azure cloud data services, including Data Factory and Synapse, for effective data management and integration.

* Translate data into actionable insights by conducting proactive analysis to uncover the underlying reasons behind trends, highlighting key takeaways, and crafting a compelling narrative with the data.

* Identify and leverage data-driven opportunities for operational improvements, defining and implementing analytical strategies to tackle key challenges within internal operations.

* Collaborate regularly with Supply Chain and Operations teams, including peers and Directors, to present insights, key learnings, and explore potential new opportunities identified through routine data analysis.

* Drive proactive innovation by questioning existing processes, challenging the status quo, and proposing novel approaches and visualizations to enhance data interpretation and problem-solving.

* Coordinate with Information Technology (IT) to integrate and harmonize data from various sources, both internal and external, into Microsoft Azure.

* Effectively manage and prioritize responsibilities to ensure high business impact and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

* Proven track record of delivering high-impact business solutions.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating high productivity, innovative thinking, and effective prioritization to meet deadlines.

Travel:

There is a 5% travel requirement.

* Intermediate to advanced programming skills with experience in PowerBI and DAX are required. Familiarity with SAP Business Objects is a significant advantage.

* Experience with programming languages such as Python, C, VBA, Java, or SQL is preferred.

* ERP experience is preferred, especially with D365, though knowledge of other systems is also acceptable.

* Ability to quickly learn new business processes and identify information flows to uncover areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.

* Stay current with the latest advancements in process automation and IT to modernize and enhance systems.

* Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop strategies for optimization.

* Basic knowledge of project management is desirable.

* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills are essential.

* Proven track record of developing solutions and following through on commitments.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.

* Fluency in English, both written and oral, is essential.

* Successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of prior employment and educational records.

Experience:

* 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics within a business environment or a related field.

Education:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Operations, Management, or a related field is required.

* Experience in the supply chain field is highly desirable.
