Job Purpose
To Ensure that Ontex's supply chain operates at peak efficiency by leveraging data-driven insights. This position plays a pivotal role in analyzing supply chain metrics, optimizing processes, and driving strategic decisions to improve cost-efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction in line with Ontex's commitment to operational excellence.
- Scope: You will analyze large-scale supply chain data across multiple factories/distribution centers, supporting operations that span planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
- Impact: Your insights will influence decisions affecting millions of euros in supply chain costs, delivery times, and inventory levels.
- Reach: The role contributes to Ontex's North America's operations, impacting our customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Deliverables:
- Accurate and actionable reports on supply chain performance.
- Data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Insights supporting inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and supply planning.
Main Tasks:
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate the impact of potential changes in the supply chain.
- Provide support for strategic initiatives, such as cost reduction programs.
- Work closely with IT to ensure data integrity and implement advanced analytics tools.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, or a similar role.
Technical Requirements
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SAP).
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles and metrics.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with a results-oriented approach.
