Lasko Products, a market leader in home comfort products for over 100 years, is looking to add a Senior Supply Chain Manager to the West Chester, PA headquarters. The Senior Supply Chain Manager will report to the Director of Supply Chain.Job Description: Manage the Sales Forecast, purchase orders, supplier contract negotiations for the BAIR Product line. Assist Lasko corporate departments in discussions with BAIR suppliers to ensure all ECP, models/ drawings, payments, specifications and documents comply with Lasko requirements.Completes the integration of suppliers, freight, logistics, customer service into the Lasko organization/ process.Drives BAIR product stocking plan for North America (Hurricane stock, inventory levels, lead times). Ensure continued flow of BAIR imported product to support Sales & Operations requirements.Lead special projects involving I.T., ERP systems, S&OP, warehousing, facility consolidation, logistics which may include current and future acquisition/ divestiture/ integrations.Manges the ordering, receipt, coding, classification of imported components and finished goods while utilizing LP Vision systems for import product forecasts. Drives warehouses utilization and consolidation improvements across Lasko.Assists with portion of imported components procurementEnsures the proper execution of FTZ procedures including duties, record-keeping, receipts, payments, and compliance for Lasko.Ensures the proper execution of direct shipments, international business, and finished imports for LaskoCoordinates with Lasko Far East, Lasko Engineering, Lasko Sales to ensure Supply Chain readiness for seasonal production runs, new product launches, direct shipments, Engineering, Changes.Essential Functions: Review ERP system for purchase, demand, shipment, accuracy to match requirementsIssue orders, documents, system demand as required Lead, participate, or execute projects for Supply Chain, Imports, FTZ, I.T., Operations, LogisticsDrive cost improvements with BAIR suppliersIdentify and qualify competitors/ sources for BAIR suppliers and BAIR products (make/ buy/ import)Competencies and Abilities: ERP, Financial, and Analytical skillsUnderstanding of the concepts for compliance, inventory management, regulations for importsCross functional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in details and drive results and metricsNegotiation and supplier managementRequired Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related discipline10 years of Manufacturing/ Business experience which includes International SuppliersIndustry experience with Retail customers ( traditional brick-and-mortar and online)Seasonal business experience (Hurricane seasonal, flood and storm seasonal surges)5 years of direct supervisory experienceAbout the CompanyLasko Metal Products was founded in 1906 by Henry Lasko in Philadelphia.
