: Job Details :

Day To Day Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues at packing stations.Assist office employees with technical problems, including software installations and network connectivity.Write and maintain custom scripts in PHP and SQL to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.Configure and maintain servers.Installation, support, and maintenance of network servers, computer equipment, and connection of peripherals.Troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues.Configuring software, modifying software configuration, and performing basic configuration management Planning for and responding to service outages and other problems.Providing software application assistance for commonly used office automation applicationsImplementing client workstation software patches, security fixes, and service releases.Identifying, analyzing, and documenting long-range requirements.Must-Have:Strong proficiency in administration.Intermediate SQL experience reading/writing and understanding queries and PHP programming languages.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience with network administration, including wired and wireless networks.Bilingual in Spanish and English.Nice To Have:Experience working in a warehouse environment. Linux experienceMac troubleshooting experiencePay Range: $40/hr-$45/hr.
