Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field and is required plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in engineering or a related technical field plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

What you'll experience:Must have 10 years of experience in the following:
Experience in planning, developing, and implementing systems engineering practices and processes.
Experience with Software Engineering Institute's CMMI model, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Project.
Experience with software development and various software development lifecycle models.
Experience in three (3) or more of the following: - Work breakdown structures - Project schedules and estimates - Requirements definition and analysis - Requirements traceability - Requirements verification and validation - Configuration management - Risk management
