Senior Systems Engineer (100% Remote- Intune/Windows/AVD)
Optomi, in partnership with an industry leader, is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join their team in a remote role. This engineer will have experience in setting up and utlizing Intune in an enterprise environment with strong Windows and 365 experience as well.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up and deploying Intune for MDM in an enterprise environment
- Troubleshooting Windows/O365 issues in a full Microsoft environment
- Will help migrate for AVD for virtual desktop set up to Microsoft 365 (roughly 10K devices)
- Using various Azure services such as Entra ID for set up and troubleshooting
- Working cross functionally with various teams and business units
- Utlizing FSLogix or other similar tools for user and profile creation

- Strong experience in a Microsoft and Windows environment- troubleshooting, upgrading, patching etc.
- Experience in a virtual Desktop environment utilizing Azure Virtual Desktop and/or Microsoft 365
- Microsoft 365 platform configuration and management experience
- Experience working on a team that interacts with many business units and teams
