We are seeking a seasoned Senior Systems Engineer with a background in system development and software engineering to join our dynamic team. Active Secret Security Clearance or higher is required***Primary Job Responsibilities:System Development & Engineering: Lead the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, software architecture, design, implementation, testing, and integration to ensure high-quality deliverables.Requirements Management: Document, manage, and verify system requirements to align with client objectives, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Configuration Management: Utilize version control tools like GIT for effective configuration management and change tracking throughout the development process.System Analysis: Perform system analysis activities, including requirements analysis, gap analysis, and analysis of alternatives to provide comprehensive solutions that address client needs.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to design, develop, implement, and transition capabilities that align with operational requirements.Communication & Documentation: Develop technical documentation, deliver presentations, and maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and clarity.Required Experience and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in system development and software engineering.Technical Skills: Proficiency in software architecture, design, implementation, testing, and integration, as well as requirements documentation and management.Version Control: Experience with configuration management and version control tools, particularly GIT.Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance or higher.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex technical details into clear, concise presentations and documentation.Experience in tactical computing, forward processing, and working with deployed sensors is a plus.What We Offer:Career Growth Opportunities: Be part of a cutting-edge technology, working alongside skilled professionals in cybersecurity.Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Comprehensive benefits and performance-based incentives.Flexible Work Environment: Opportunities for remote work or hybrid setup, depending on company policy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
