What You'll Do:As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll:
* Develop Winning Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to design and implement creative, long-term recruitment strategies.
* Source Top Talent: Use social media, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to find and engage both active and passive candidates.
* Build Relationships: Develop strong, inclusive pipelines of candidates at various career levels and maintain connections to support future hiring needs.
* Lead Recruitment Efforts: Guide hiring managers and candidates through seamless interview, offer, and hiring processes.
* Champion Innovation and Compliance: Create sourcing strategies that foster inclusivity and ensure compliance with all regulations.
* Be a VHB Brand Ambassador: Promote VHB as an employer of choice through engaging communication and candidate interactions.
What We're Looking For:
* 5-7+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
* A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred
* Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, ATS systems, and social media recruiting.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* A self-motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in collaborative environments.
* Ability to work independently and apply sound judgement
* Travel as needed
* This hire could work out of any VHB office and there is an option for remote within our VHB footprint.
