Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of attracting and recruiting exceptional talent. You will manage a high-volume recruitment workload, develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, and collaborate closely with HR to enhance our talent acquisition processes. Key Responsibilities - Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding for high-volume roles, collaborating with hiring managers on job descriptions to meet organizational needs.
- Develop and Optimize Recruitment Processes: Streamline recruitment workflows to handle high demand efficiently, addressing local talent acquisition gaps with innovative solutions.
- Strategic Talent Sourcing: Implement targeted sourcing strategies across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards) to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
- Enhance Employer Branding: Promote Tobii Dynavox's brand by organizing recruitment events and leveraging social media to showcase our mission and values.
- Team Collaboration and Development: Foster a high-performing team environment, share best practices, and support process improvements for greater efficiency.
- Collaboration with HR and Stakeholders: Partner with HR and key stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals, offering insights based on data and trends.
- Proactive Initiative and Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives that align with business objectives, promote a growth mindset, and drive process enhancements for recruitment effectiveness.
- Adherence to Best Practices: Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry standards, staying current with trends and integrating best practices.
- Data Management and Reporting: ATS data management, analyze metrics, and report insights to leadership to assess strategy effectiveness.
- Big Picture Thinking: Align recruitment strategies with broader business and long-term goals, providing strategic recommendations based on data and market trends.
Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Communication, or a related field. Equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Equivalent of 5 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in managing high-volume recruitment, particularly within Sales.
- Demonstrated experience with behavioral interviewing techniques and strategic recruitment methodologies.
