A Place to Be Proud.Responsibilities* Leads, owns, and expands programs focused on growth and development. Provides oversight of day-to-day administration regarding specified programs. Manges invoice collection, processing, and submission. Oversees educational assistance programs and ensures accurate communication of costs and tax - related information.* Assesses the effectiveness of talent development needs, initiatives, and processes to support the mission, vision, values, and strategic plan.* Identifies and implements tools and learning solutions based on talent development needs. Researches and recommends potential vendors and programs.* Gathers and converts data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.* Coordinates, manages, and enhances the development programs aligned to succession planning. Coordinates and implements talent and career development events.* Establishes and maintains relationships with colleges, universities, community training programs, school to work programs, and grant funded initiatives, etc. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to determine talent development needs.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or relevant field.Certifications: Certification in career counseling, coaching methodology desiredSkills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Proficient in MS Office. Career Counseling, Knowledge of Higher Education Resources, Grant Writing and sponsored projects experience is also a plus.Experience: 5 years of experience in education and training, human resources, recruitment, and/or career counseling required. Previous program management experience required.Note: Regular, reliable and consistent attendance is an essential job function.
