Job Description:

The Sr. Talent Management Analyst is responsible for leading and managing performance management processes, driving succession planning initiatives, and providing coaching to develop leadership capabilities within the organization. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, identifying top talent, and ensuring that the workforce is prepared to meet future challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance management frameworks and tools.
    • Monitor and evaluate employee performance metrics.
    • Facilitate performance reviews and feedback sessions.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
    • Ensure alignment of individual performance with organizational goals.
  • Succession Planning:
    • Identify key roles and critical positions within the organization.
    • Develop and maintain a succession planning strategy.
    • Assess potential successors and create development plans for high-potential employees.
    • Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
    • Monitor and adjust succession plans based on organizational needs and changes.
  • Coaching and Development:
    • Provide coaching to employees and managers to enhance leadership skills.
    • Design and deliver training programs focused on leadership development.
    • Support career development initiatives and individual development plans.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    • Utilize coaching methodologies to drive performance and engagement.
  • Talent Analytics:
    • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and insights.
    • Use data to inform talent management strategies and decision-making.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in talent management systems.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Partner with HR, department heads, and senior leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives.
    • Communicate performance management and succession planning processes and benefits to the organization.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and support.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
    • 5+ years of experience in performance management, succession planning, or related roles.
    • Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
    • Proven experience in coaching and leadership development.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and talent management software.
