As a senior strategic sourcer you will play a critical role in executing the day-to-day candidate sourcing strategy as part of our Talent Acquisition team. You will build and execute sourcing strategies for our business to identify and attract diverse and inclusive pools of top talented candidates. You will act as a Talent Advisor to both your recruiting partners and the candidates.You will engage with prospective candidates to better understand their experiences, interests, and motivations. You will measure the impact of sourcing methods in a data-driven manner to contribute towards driving the continuous evolution of our team. You will develop a deep understanding of industry trends and recruiting landscape and share that information with your recruiting partners and business.You'll sweep us off our feet if:

Job Description
  • Develops and drives targeted talent acquisition plans by consulting with leadership to develop a targeted talent risk analysis to identify talent gaps; developing staffing fulfillment plans to address identified gaps; advising leadership on talent sourcing needs to support divisional strategies; applying external benchmarking data to departmental structure; analyzing and interpreting movement of targeted external talent across companies; supporting the integration and prioritization of timelines; and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve position fulfillment goals.
  • Drives global recruiting processes and standards across Walmart by consulting with business units across Walmart to drive recruiting efficiencies; researching the global trends that affect the business (for example, global competition, mergers and acquisitions); communicating organizational best practices; identifying process gaps and recommending and implementing solutions that increase process efficiencies across the recruiting organization; providing guidance on issue resolution and potential consequences; leading project teams to support strategic recruiting initiatives; and identifying and testing innovative global recruiting technology solutions that have a significant, positive business impact.
  • Develops sourcing strategies by partnering with the business and the recruiting organization to develop portable strategies that can be used to find talent for the functional area that is being supported; identifying new sourcing tools and best practices that can be used to help deliver talent in a more effective manner; presenting the business strategy around the use of the sourcing tools and techniques; and identifying metrics that show return-on investment (ROI) to the business.
  • Drives processes for recruiting external talent by researching and benchmarking with industry experts on organizational structures of other companies; building relationships and leveraging networks; evaluating and interpreting benchmarking data to drive an external talent review process; driving the development of long-range talent acquisition plans and associated project timelines; communicating benefits of sourcing to senior leadership and providing specialized expertise regarding external candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
  • Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices
