The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial administration, with a particular focus on tax planning and compliance.Why join us?Great benefits!Job DetailsJob Details:Responsibilities:As a Senior Tax Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of critical functions, including but not limited to:1. Managing and overseeing the tax planning and compliance functions for our Family Office, including the preparation and review of tax returns and projections.2. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.3. Providing strategic tax advice and guidance to the Family Office, including the identification and implementation of tax-saving strategies.4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations, and ensuring that the Family Office remains in compliance with all relevant tax obligations.5. Assisting in the development and implementation of financial administration policies and procedures, and ensuring that these are adhered to across the Family Office.6. Providing support in the preparation of financial statements and reports, and assisting in the management of the Family Office's overall financial health.7. Participating in special projects and performing additional duties as required.Qualifications:To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial administration, with a particular focus on tax planning and compliance.2. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification would be considered an asset.3. Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on complex financial information.5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.6. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.7. A high degree of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.8.
