Senior Tax Corporate Accountant (Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales tax compliance for both domestic and international operations, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
- Manage franchise withholding tax for multiple entities and maintain accurate tax positions, provisions, and deferred tax liabilities.
- Lead the implementation of Avalara for U.S. and international sales tax and integrate tax processes with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounting teams to address tax-related issues and ensure proper tax accruals.
- Continuously improve tax processes by leveraging technology and best practices.
- Stay current with evolving tax regulations and incorporate necessary changes into the company's tax strategies.
Client Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in tax accounting or a related field, with proven expertise in sales and franchise tax compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or Intacct, and familiarity with tax software.
- Proficiency in tax automation tools like Avalara, along with a strong understanding of financial systems and tax software integration.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
