Our client is a top Am law firm, seeking associates for its dynamic tax practice group in New York. The salary for this position is between $260,000 to $435,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in transactional tax work, with exposure to leveraged finance and capital markets transactions.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills; team focused.
• New York bar admission is required.
