Senior Tax Manager
: Job Details :

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Provide tax consulting services to high end ultra high net worth tax clientele

-Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns-personal, corporate, flow through entities

-Assist with the training, motivation and retention of the tax staff

-Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Desire to work in an entrepreneurial and team oriented environment

-Interface with sophisticated clientele (domestic and international)

REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum of 8 years of public accounting tax experience

-Must have strong high net worth tax and flow through entity tax experience

-Should have some international tax exposure

-Must have strong technical skills and the ability to interact with sophisticated clientele

-Must have strong management skills and the desire and ability to train, manage and motivate staff

-Ability to work independently and a team player

-Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
