  • Prepare and meticulously review tax returns across individual, corporate, partnership, and estate domains.
  • Lead in-depth tax research activities and design strategic tax plans that align with client goals.
  • Manage and represent clients during tax audits, ensuring favourable outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and development to staff accountants, fostering a knowledgeable team.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through consistent high-quality service and communication.
  • Identify potential tax risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent fiscal liabilities.
  • Engage in firm administrative functions, contributing to the overall management and strategy of the practice.Minimum Position Qualifications:
    • Must hold CPA certification
    • Achievement of at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a Master's degree in Taxation.
    • Over 3 years' experience in public accounting with a special focus on tax.
    • Extensive knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills conducive to team integration and client satisfaction.Preferred Qualifications:
      • Demonstrated leadership within a tax team, particularly in a managerial or supervisory role.
      • Hands-on experience with major tax software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
      • Innovative problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.Skills:
        • Advanced expertise in financial auditing and the ability to oversee intricate financial reports.
        • Proficient in utilizing tax-specific software to streamline processes and enhance delivery.
        • Capable of conducting comprehensive research and translating complex tax laws into actionable strategies.
