You have 3-5+ years' experience in development, tooling, or support roles and excel in identifying and resolving complex issues. Your proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to create scalable solutions make you a key asset to our team.What You'll Do:As a Senior Tech Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Finding creative and efficient solutions to solve support issues using SQL, Python, and other technical tools.
- Writing scripts to automate manual tasks and address production issues.
- Analyzing and addressing recurring problems by proposing and implementing root cause fixes or developing self-service tools for non-technical team members.
- Designing and implementing development tools to support various teams and disciplines.
- Communicating with cross-functional teams to improve existing tools and identify new opportunities for optimization.
- Ensuring the performance, stability, and reliability of internal tools
What You'll Need:Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years' experience with:
- Python 3
- Relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Unix Command Line Interface
- Git (GitHub preferred)
- English proficiency (intermediate or advanced)
- Ability to deliver practical, effective solutions to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and diligent approach to work.
