What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage reporting, analytics, and research solutions portfolios across business units
- Serve as a subject matter expert in reporting/analytics, driving initiatives and solutions
- Lead and manage projects with cross-functional teams to implement reporting/analytics solutions
- Mentor consultants and analysts, creating tactical work plans for projects
- Provide input on identifying future trends and needs in technology and analytical solutions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or healthcare related subject
- 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and health services research
- Project management skills with the ability to work efficiently with diverse teams
- Knowledge of health plan and delivery system operations, informatics, and healthcare benefits
- Understanding of health care industry operations, business processes, and revenue models
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Extensive experience in SQL, SAS, and Payor side operations
- Experience working as a liaison between AO, IT, and business units
- Strong ability to drive AO lenses in system implementation
- Proficiency in developing complex metric reports and performing QA for regulatory reports
