Please read more about our culture here .Why are We Hiring for this RoleTo manage and coordinate complex technical programs across multiple teams.To ensure projects align with strategic objectives and innovation standards.To facilitate on-time delivery of technical milestones.To lead risk mitigation and drive execution of the product roadmap.What Kind of Person are We looking forProven experience in leading complex technical projects in a related field.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask.Exceptional leadership qualities and experience managing cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical details into clear, actionable plans.A strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying and resolving program bottlenecks.A collaborative mindset with a commitment to fostering a team-first environment.Technical background with an understanding of robotics, software development lifecycle, or AI integration.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications are a plus.BenefitsWe provide market standard benefits (health, vision, dental, 401k, etc.).
