OverviewPosition Overview:HealthEdge is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead critical initiatives in its Infrastructure area, including our migration to Cloud. This unique role is pivotal in driving our infrastructure strategy and ensuring seamless operations. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple initiatives, optimizing process, and driving strategy within the Infrastructure Organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading technical projects, managing stakeholder relationships, effective communication, and ensuring alignment across teams.The Product:With HealthRules Payer, our integrated solutions suite includes the industry's leading, digital, next-generation claims administration processing system, business intelligence, integration capabilities, a unique to industry configuration and promotion application, and home and host processing support available on both public and private clouds. The complete suite of solutions from HealthEdge delivers a digital foundation for payers specifically designed to fuel a digital transformation, reduce costs, and improve both clinical outcomes and the member experience.Your Impact:* Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of leadership.* Act as a strategic advisor to the VP of Infrastructure, providing insights and recommendations on key initiatives and operational improvements.* Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation for executive meetings and decision-making processes.* Assist with cross-department and executive communication, project management, and initiative implementation.* Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.* Collaborate with Finance to manage budgets and drive financial efficiency.* Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and executive leadership, including regular project updates and presentations.* Run initiatives within the department including developing timelines, and milestones, tracking dependencies, and reporting on progress against the plan.* Ensure that appropriate governance and controls are in place to manage projects and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.What You Bring:* Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.* 7+ years of experience managing technical programs in a software development environment, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex programs on time and within budget.* Experience with cloud migration initiatives particularly the migration of workloads from private cloud to public cloud infrastructure.* Strong technical background with knowledge of software development methodologies, architecture, and infrastructure.* Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.* The candidate will be expected to hold themselves as well as key stakeholders accountable for meeting dates and deliverables relative to the initiatives they lead.* PMP certification a plus.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Ability to create presentations for both direct management and executives.Key Competencies:* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.* Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels.* Strategic mindset and attention to detail.* Adept at creating executive level presentations.HealthEdge commits to building an environment and culture that supports the diverse representation of our teams.
