Position Summary: We are looking for a Senior Technical recruiter with 8 years of experience working for an enterprise software company preferably in Cyber Security that will focus on engineering roles on the East Coast. You must be self-driven, a multi-tasker experienced in full cycle recruiting in a fast paced start up environment. You will source from Linkedin and stay up to date with candidate application pipelines. Detail orientation is key, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with a high level of ambiguity. You will help us to identify and hire Top Talent and be a partner in scaling the next stage of the growth of the company. You will be responsible for appropriately scoping the hiring needs, crafting job descriptions, designing sourcing strategies and finding candidates who are most suited for the role you're hiring for within the company. Responsibilities: • Handling full cycle recruitment from intake meeting through job offer and hired. • Meet with hiring managers on a weekly basis, provide pipeline updates, drive to up-level talent. • Understand the business, what's needed on the team and be able to identify and remove road blocks from hiring top talent. • Deep working knowledge and understanding of all specific technical skills which require sourcing resumes from various sources Linkedin, Naukri, social, employee referrals and harvesting from the company website. • Ability to Coach hiring managers and interview team members in best interview practices • Proven track record of successfully carrying a req load of 10-15 reqs. • Negotiating salary and offer packages according to company standards. • Follow-Up with candidates throughout the hiring process through joining the company. • Effective interaction with the team and candidates to insure best candidate experience. • Ability to achieve monthly targets, minimum 4 hires per month, and daily assigned tasks. • Must be flexible and a team worker. • Ability to work nonstandard hours due to global team from time to time Qualifications: • 8 years end to end recruitment within a product company, 2+ years CyberSecurity/ Data Privacy experience End to end recruitment responsibilities beginning with intake meetings through job offer and hired. • Hold continued meetings with hiring managers to guide, influence and encourage interview process. • Proven track record of successfully carrying a req load of 10-15 reqs in different geographies. • Comfort level with hiring roles in Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, DevOps, etc. • Deep working knowledge and recent practice in all skills required for sourcing resumes from various sources ie. Linkedin, Naukri, social, employee referrals and harvesting from the company website. • Ability to Coach hiring managers and interview team members in best interview practices • Provide weekly pipeline updates, consistently drive the hiring team to up-level talent. • Possess the ability to understand the business, what's needed on the hiring managers team and the ability to identify and remove roadblocks keeping us from hiring top talent. • Negotiating salary and offer packages according to company standards. • Follow-Up with candidates throughout the hiring process through joining the company. • Effective interaction with the team and candidates to insure best candidate experience. • Ability to achieve monthly targets, minimum 4 hires per month, and daily assigned tasks. • Must be flexible and a team worker. • Ability to work nonstandard hours due to global team from time to time $127,000 - $156,000 a year For residents of CA, WA, NY, and CO, the pay range for this position is $127,000-$156,000.00 OTE. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for this position plus any variable earnings, if applicable to the position. The individual compensation may be dependent on a variety of factors, such as geographic location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and performance.
