Job Description:
A Day in Your Life at MKS: You will provide technical support to field engineers, technicians and product support who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, and/or complex software. In this role you will report to the manager of technical support. You Will Make an Impact By: - Documentation (40% of time)Create/write technical memo, service bulletins, and training material. - New Product Development (30% of time)Participate in engineering project meetings regarding new products and provide feedback on serviceability and field concerns. Review Test procedures and Process details to provide feedback to Engineering. Perform qualification of new or upgraded Test Stations - Technical response/support (15% of time)Provide technical support to customer, Field Service, Sales, and Service technicians by answering technical questions, troubleshooting and resolving problems via phone, email or in-person.
