We are seeking a sharp, technically inclined Level 2/3 Technical Support Engineer to join our NYC office. You will be the senior technical resource onsite, supporting up to 100 users locally and up to 1000 globally. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with strong troubleshooting skills, looking for a step-up role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
