Responsibilities: Providing testing and analysis of complex systems to ensure systems are compliant with requirements and can perform well in productionIndependently developing performance, functional, behavioral, API, and 508 (any as needed) test scripts using applicable tools, create test scenarios and execute testsAnalyzing test results, identifying performance root issues, and writing test reports to recommend improvements to the systemCoordinating with other testers and developers to resolve test problems and ensure customer satisfactionAttending requirements gathering meetings to better understand business needs, functional and system requirements and ensuring all development meets criteriaFocusing on end-to-end test automation pipeline health and overall quality of the overall programProducing detailed testing documents, including test plans, test cases, test data, and test scripts to automate and rapidly perform testing iterativelyDeveloping testing status reporting tools and methods that will allow stakeholders at various levels to quickly assess the system status of their focused area and drill down to get details as neededLeading and taking ownership of automated testing processes and implementing them; contributing to the design and maintenance of the test automation framework.Promoting and enforcing an automation-first approach to reduce manual configurations within the platformDeveloping high quality automation test engineering best practices, test strategy and principles.Providing regular and open communication across the program and stakeholders for transparency and awareness of progress and impedimentsDriving delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunityOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline7+ years of hands-on testing (performance, functional, behavioral, API, and 508) experience5+ years of test automation experience on Salesforce Platform (Copado Robotic Testing preferred)4+ years of test experience on data-centric application and systems; experience creating test data for healthcare datasets such as provider, beneficiary/patient, quality measures and claims data; experience testing APIs; experience conducting User Acceptance Testing with users, collecting inputs from users, and supporting users with potential workaroundCandidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearanceCandidate must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the USMust have lived in the US 3 full years out of the last 5 yearsPreferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile methodologiesExperience with Atlassian Jira/ConfluenceStrong analytical skills and innovative thinkingDemonstrated experience working on large integration systems and executing large-scale projects with large data sets from conception through implementation.Excellent command of written and spoken EnglishStrong knowledge and experience in software development in an agile environmentStrong experience with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and/or Medicaid CHIP dataExperience testing in a Salesforce environmentJob Location: This position requires that the job be performed in the United States.
