We need a leader to help build a new kind of training institution as our Senior Training Coordinator.The Senior Training Coordinator is responsible for leading the onboarding and training of all newly hired Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)-level roles. This position requires a high level of expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis, encompassing comprehensive assessment and effective, compassionate treatment strategies. The Senior Training Coordinator will serve as a mentor and primary trainer for new BCBAs, overseeing the delivery of advanced training content, supervising competency assessments, and ensuring high fidelity to organizational training procedures.Leveraging strong clinical skills, this role is pivotal in fostering clinical proficiency by modeling evidence-based practices, providing constructive feedback, and adapting training methods to meet diverse learning needs. The Senior Training Coordinator will also ensure that new BCBAs are equipped with the clinical judgment and practical skills necessary to deliver exceptional care aligned with our company's mission and values.What You'll DoConduct new hire onboarding training sessions focused on BCBA-level concepts and practices.Develop and update training materials for BCBA-level staff, ensuring alignment with current ABA best practices and compliance with regulatory standards.Oversee and assess the BCBA competency evaluation process, collaborating with relevant departments as needed.Mentor and support new BCBAs, guiding them through the transition into clinical roles and helping them navigate organizational procedures.Maintain training documentation and track training outcomes to support quality improvement and compliance initiatives.Collaborate with the clinical leadership to update and refine training content based on observed trends, client needs, and regulatory changes.Provide onsite training and support at various clinics, as needed, which may require occasional travel.Education/Experience and Other RequirementsActive BCBA certification in good standing.Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.5+ years of professional experience in ABA, with extensive knowledge of advanced ABA principles, practices, and ethical standards.Experience in training, public speaking, and mentoring within the ABA field.Experience with Learning Management Systems and asynchronous content development.Proficiency with business software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).Must maintain clean background screening, drug screening, and driving record.Must sign a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement.Occasional travel.Expertise NeededStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Ability to present information in a group and 1:1 format to team members and supervisors.Benefits15 days of paid time off (more added with tenure).Paid holidays.Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance.Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.Generous 401(k) with employer match up to 6%.ABA Centers of America CultureABA Centers of America is determined to maintain its culture with a team of seasoned professionals working toward a shared vision of creating the nation's leading provider of autism care.
