The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation engineering, with a focus on designing and managing highway and roadway projects. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and impactful projects, collaborating with a talented team of professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage highway and roadway projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop detailed engineering designs, plans, and specifications for highway and roadway improvements, including geometric layout and analysis, and drainage design.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and permits for project implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering their professional development and growth.
