About the Role:
Responsible for providing a consultative approach to large, more sophisticated business clients with complex treasury needs, with a primary focus on Commercial Real Estate lending, including but not limited to: homebuilder finance, affordable housing, and large scale construction and term lending. About You:
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Business preferred. More than 10 years of experience in treasury management sales, service and/or support is required. Extensive knowledge and understanding of bank payment systems, treasury management solutions, and competitive practices is essential. Proven ability to:
Excellent analytical, problem solving, customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software applications. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or willingness to obtain is preferred.
Workstyle: Fully onsite
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $120,000.00-$185,000.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
