This is a contract remote role for a Senior Trial Attorney at Oak View Law Group. The Senior Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling motions, court appearances, trials, and depositions on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Skills in Law, Courts, and Trials
• Experience in handling Motions and Depositions
• Strong oral argument skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
